Shipping & Delivery
All packages will be shipped within 5-7 days after payment has been recieved and processed, depending on part availability. If you need to know the status of your order, simply log in and click "My Account" to access your order history.

We do not sell or give out customer information to any third parties.
The main way to protect your privacy is to protect your account: do not give away your account information to anyone else. Anyone with your account information can look up your order history and adresses.
Returns & Replacements
We, D1 Spa Care, accept returns only for products which have not been opened or installed prior to returning. Some items may not be eligible for returns at our discretion. All returns will be refunded solely by store credit, and may be subject to a twenty-five percent restocking fee. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
Ordering through our website has been made as simple as possible. Simply add the items you need to your cart, then click checkout. Follow all the prompts, and we will recieve your order. Please be as thurogh as possible when filling out your address and phone numbers. Mistakes may mean a delay in the processing of your package.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment must be recieved and processed before we can ship out your order. Credit Cards are batch-processed up to 24 hours after recieving billing information (though we make every attempt to process them much earlier). When entering credit card information, please be careful and make sure that all of your billing information, including your billing address, is correct, as certain mistakes can delay or even prevent us from processing your card, which will, in turn, prevent us from shipping your order.
We do, on occasion, hold specials and promotions. Some of them may require the use of a coupon code. To use coupon codes, simply enter them into the appropriate feild in your cart before you check out.
Viewing Orders
We have made viewing your previous orders as simple as possible. Simply log in and click "My Account", and your orders will be right there on the first page. You can even reorder your parts with just a few clicks.

To update your account, just log on and click "My Account". From there, just click "Edit" to update your account information.
